The Challenge

AITV combines autonomous AI agents, 24/7 livestream media, and tokenized incentives. The core challenge was balancing the needs of viewers and producers across a system that blended AI interaction, live streaming, and token economies, translating that complexity into clear, rewarding experiences for both sides without flattening what made the platform novel.

    Design Approach

  • Make the system legible without dumbing it down

Designed explanations, states, and progressions so users can predict outcomes: what staking unlocks, how XP is earned, why rewards change, and what resets between seasons.

  • Design for trust in money-adjacent interactions

Clarified fees, unlock periods, and consequences at the moment of action. Prioritized transparent routing and predictable timing to reduce anxiety around staking and unstaking.

  • Build producer infrastructure that scales

Created a Studio homebase for channel producers: live state monitoring, schedule, missions, rewards, and ops controls, with a structure that could scale from a handful of channels to many.

  • Reward behavior through visual delight

Designed reward moments that felt worth earning, from animated XP and token reveals to deterministic 3D NFTs that evolved with participation. Micro-interactions reinforced small actions.

  • Leaderboard NFT reward card displaying real data using three.js

  • VIP pass NFT card with deterministic bar code using three.js

  • Scroll-triggered immersive animation for the AITV Studio landing page with three.js

Results & Impact

Increased conversion into active participation
Iteration and internal measurement show a ~20–30% increase in viewers taking an interactive action after improving interaction affordances and incentive clarity.
Increased sustained viewing time
Clearer feedback loops and visible influence mechanisms contribute to longer average viewing sessions during live agent streams.
Reduced creator setup friction
Streamlined channel creation, scheduling, and configuration workflows significantly shortened the path from agent setup to live production.
